Terms Of Service
The MyCCGuide Forum is the place to share questions, answers, thoughts,
tips, and more with other Guides like you. The Forum is run by Guides, for
Guides, so this is the place you can enjoy the company of others who do what you
do. The Forum is divided into several different discussion areas designed to
focus the conversation in a way that will be helpful to Guides seeking specific
types of information.
Ask questions, post answers, share tips, get to know other Guides! The Forum is there for you.
The My CC Guide Forum is intended to be a place where the ChaCh* Guide
community can congregate to discuss issues related to ChaCh*. It is moderated
and administrated ENTIRELY by ChaCh* Guides. For this reason, you should feel
comfortable to discuss ChaCh* freely, good or bad. In fact, constructive
feedback and input is important. This forum is an excellent place for the ChaCh*
Guide community to share their feelings.
Your moderators are ChaCh* Guides who have consistently provided accurate information to other Guides. However non of the content provided here is officially from ChaCh* and we hold no liability for its accuracy or content.

* Please be courteous to others. Personal attacks and use of profanity are not accepted, will not be tolerated, and will result in the post being removed, and if repeated, the user being banned from the forum.
* Derogatory, slanderous, racial, and otherwise explicit material is strictly prohibited or only to be help in the appropriate sections.
* You may never post a transcript of a search session. If this happens the post will be removed and you will be warned.
* Topics must be discussed in the appropriate forum. Off topics will be moved to the correct forum.
* Moderators reserve the right to lock, move or delete any post or topic. If this occurs there will be a reason posted for why this happened.
* Please be clear with your topic titles and be sure to use proper spelling and grammar. This helps others to know what is being discussed. Titles may be edited to make them more specific.
* Do not spam the My CC Guide Forum. Any posts considered spam will immediately be deleted and you will be warned.
* This forum is to discuss ChaCh*, not a marketplace to sell or promote your solutions and products. Any promotional post will be considered spam and subsequently removed unless placed in the appropriate folder.
* Illegal content of any sort is also strictly prohibited.
* You are responsible and liable for all your activities while participating in the Discussion Forum, including anything you say or post.
* You may not copy content in the forum and post it outside of the forum in a public location.
* Include as much information as you can when seeking help.
* My CC Guide reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice, any message or posting that violates these guidelines. My CC guide also reserves the right at any time, without notice, to ban a user who has violated these guidelines from any or all My CC Guide Message Boards.
* In addition to these rules, the moderators of myCCGuide reserve the right to alter content, move or delete posts, as well as warning or suspending a Guides entrance to the Forum.
* You are responsible for any actions you may take based on information or advice you receive while online. * Any website, message board, or chat room who's topics or content is ChaCh* related, ran by former or active Guides, and/or creates revenue for a Guide is not permitted for discussion or promotion on the MyCCGuide Forum. Promotion through private messages is prohibited, and doing so in forum signatures will result in immediate removal or a warning.

MyCCGuide does not claim ownership of any content or materials you post, upload, submit or otherwise provide to MyCCGuide and assumes no responsibility of any kind with respect to such materials. All such content or materials are deemed be provided on a non-confidential basis.

* No harrassment (for example spamming other Guides)
Lets help one another to build an even better forum, so that we can continue our growth! We are welcoming new Guides every week. If you are an experienced Guide, please point your new colleagues to the resources you have found the most helpful. Its easy to forget that we had plenty of time to read training materials and to do practice searches!
Using Caps
Using caps in responses is often perceived as yelling in the internet community. It also can make a post very difficult to read. For this reason we ask that all members please refrain from using caps in their posts in the forum. We ask that you please type your posts using proper grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Discussion of Inappropriate Responses
The discussion of bad searches we come across or experience will no longer be permitted verbatum within the forum. Topics or posts of this subject will be removed by Moderators if they are posted verbatum. In the event that you come across a search that you feel is harmful to ChaCh*s reputation, offensive to an Infoseeker, or promotes illegal activities, you need to report the search.
Per the KnowledgeBase, you can also utilize the Customer Relations feedback link on the ChaCh*.com contact page to submit Inaccurate SMS Responses.
Just visit the ChaCh* contact page and fill out the form with your information, then select the "Customer Relations" category type. It is mandatory that you submit the question, answer & short URL.
Forum Signature Guidelines
The guidelines for signatures are as follows:
Text and characters in signatures can be anything you'd like as long as it falls within the TOS of the forum.
Each member is allowed one image per signature, and stay within image guidelines.
Images stay within the sizes of 580 pixels by 100 pixels. If creating your own banner, please stick within this size or smaller.
Tickers are permitted for display in signatures.
Uploading images directly from your computer to the forum are not permitted, and this feature is disabled in User CP at this time. If you create a homemade image within the guidelines for your signature, you must host it elsewhere.
No offensive backgrounds that have profanity or illegal content are allowed in images, per the forum TOS.
If you have questions regarding signature guidelines, you may private message an Administrator or Moderator.
